Cravings. We've all gotten them, they can sneak up on us unexpectedly, and sometimes we might even feel totally out of control around food when they happen.
We don't trust ourselves, and we feel like there's something wrong with us. Why can't we just stay away from these foods?!
Today I'm giving you the 4 big things I use with all of my clients to help them move past cravings, plus a bonus that will change your relationship with food entirely.
Some of these tips might seem basic, but how many of us are ignoring the simplest solutions? We’re too busy stressing over which of the latest fad diets or celery juice is going to work the best to help us drop weight, when we haven’t even mastered the basics that would likely work really well if we actually did them consistently!
